It was a rough winter at Surf Drive Beach. Rain storms, heavy winds and astronomical high tides caused damage to the shoreline, dunes beach house and picnic area. Rocks have been exposed. In December 2023 the pipe (hose) that that is used for dredging washed up on shore and is still there in April 2024.
